- “That exam was too hard. How can anyone pass?” “I am not smart enough to pursue that Major.” “The professor should have reminded me.” It is often difficult to reflect and view ourselves, our habits, and beliefs objectively but, if these statements sound familiar it is time to take responsibility and ownership over your SAS experience. In this workshop, we will explore how our inner beliefs and dialogues can lead to self-sabotaging actions and habits. We will also discuss how owning mistakes and problems give us control over them and the ability to move passed them.
