How many guests can I bring? Do I need to register them? In order to accommodate all SAS graduates and their families and friends, graduates are limited to 4 guests. Guests do not need to be registered. Tickets will be issued to graduates in the coming weeks

What COVID-19 protocols do we need to follow? Current policy is that guests will need to follow University protocols, which means guests must show proof of vaccination or a negative PCR Covid test within 72 hours of the event. These protocols are subject to change before May 17th.

What’s an RUWalking Card and how do I get it?  The RUWalking card is used to identify individual graduates as names are called when crossing the stage.  A link to access your RUWalking card will be sent to your Rutgers email address closer to the event date.

Where do I get regalia? Regalia can be ordered online here by April 22nd.
