Welcome Nontraditional Students!

Nontraditional students in SAS include veterans, adult learners returning to formal education after an extended interruption, post-baccalaureate students pursuing a second undergraduate degree or major, undocumented students, and non-matriculating students taking classes for admission to graduate or professional school, for personal enrichment or for professional development and career advancement.

The Nontraditional Students and Special Populations team is located in the Douglass Advising Center.  Our deans and staff work with all SAS students, with the special mission of providing academic advising tailored to the needs and concerns of nontraditional students, second degree students, non-matriculating students, special populations students and reenrolling students.
