Be sure to bring a refillable water bottle for the water stations, a bag to put your freebies in, a hat, and sunscreen! Registration for Rutgers University Departments (both within and outside of the Division of Student Affairs), directly advised student groups, and faith-based organizations closes on August 15th. If you miss the deadline, you can email involvementfair@echo.rutgers.edu to see if space is still available. Student organizations who re-registered with Involvement and Leadership for 2022-2023 are already registered for the Fair. You will receive an email in late August for next steps.

There will be free food from cultural food trucks, free Rutgers and cultural swag, cultural performances, a DJ, live entertainment, a step and stroll show, games, and a multicultural Involvement Fair…and sooooooo much more!

Join the Multicultural Greek Council as we kick off the new academic year. Students interested in joining one of our culturally-based fraternities or sororities can learn about the organizations, meet the members and enjoy step/stroll performances. Come see us, along with the many cultural student organizations on campus, after you’ve made your way around the Involvement Fair!
Day Of Involvement Fair Street and Lot Closures
Streets:
- All closed from 6am – 9pm
- No parking on any of these during closure
- Cars will be towed
College Avenue from Senior St to Hamilton St
Morrell Street from College Ave to Sicard St
Bartlett Street from College Ave to Sicard St
Seminary Place from College Ave to George St
Lots:
- Closed starting at 6am through 9pm
